We at Handmade Rosaries from the Heartland started making rosaries in 1993 as something we could do at home and still be with our children.

We learned the art of rosary making from an elderly neighbor lady who was no longer able to make them.

The first rosaries we made were for the missions. Then we decided to make high quality rosaries that would be affordable for everyone.

We began our business, PETALS & STITCHES in 1993 with just a few rosaries, and have expanded a great deal. We will continue to make high quality rosaries in the future and have added handmade religious necklaces, bracelets and baptismal gowns.

We plan to add more to our website in the future.
